As a Personal Finance Advisor, you listen to financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. You balance satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management. You also collaborate with partners and experts to design integrated strategies supporting financial goals.

Advise members and clients on suitable financial strategies
Identify expected results with members and clients
Manage relationships and assess service quality
Monitor industry trends and field best practices
Represent the caisse during community outreach activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French required
Interpersonal savvy and customer focus
Use financial expertise, relationship management, and sound risk judgment to support Desjardins members, clients, and their goals.
