Use Primavera P6 to build and manage a credible five-year construction programme for major earthworks, structures, and marine works. The role is onsite in Oxford three days weekly.

As Senior Planner, you will support a complex civil engineering project exceeding £100m. The position suits an experienced Planner who understands construction delivery, programme sequencing, site methodology, resources, access, logistics, and interfaces. You will work across project management, engineering, commercial, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain programmes using Primavera P6
- Develop baseline programmes rather than simply maintaining existing schedules
- Challenge construction sequencing and methodology




- Update programmes as project works progress
- Support reporting, forecasting, and look-ahead planning

Requirements:

- At least five years’ site engineering or construction delivery experience
- Three or more years’ Planner or Planning Engineer experience
- Proven ability to develop baseline programmes from first principles
- Experience planning major earthworks and structures
- Valuable working knowledge of NEC contracts
