As Director of Care, you will guide nursing professionals while supporting residents and families with wide-ranging care programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will help the home operate efficiently and maintain high quality clinical services. The position combines program oversight, audits, regulatory responsibilities, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure nursing care follows individual resident care plans
- Coordinate clinical programs for falls, skin, continence, and pain
- Evaluate RAI MDS and restorative care performance metrics




- Participate in internal and external committees
- Support nursing staff hiring, training, and coaching

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse experience in Long Term Care
- Minimum one year of Long Term Care nursing experience
- Two to three years in healthcare management or supervision
- Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post diploma education
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
