Vena Solutions seeks a Senior Legal Counsel for its legal department and continued growth as a high-growth SaaS provider. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, this lawyer will deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice. The scope includes corporate transactions, privacy, regulatory, employment, governance, compliance, and business contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support expansion through practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance
- Advise Sales, Product, and Finance teams strategically
- Handle corporate, commercial, privacy, regulatory, and employment matters




- Oversee corporate governance and internal compliance workflows
- Use contract automation and emerging legal technology tools

Requirements:

- Qualified lawyer licensed in Ontario or transferable Canadian jurisdiction
- Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
- Seven to ten years of post-call legal experience
- Strong foundation in technology and commercial law
- Experience negotiating technology and SaaS agreements
