Ryder seeks an Operations Management Trainee in Etobicoke, Ontario, combining customer relationship management with maintenance cost oversight. This is a full time role. The trainee supports shop management while contributing to customer retention, cost savings, and metric-based initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, Rental, and Maintenance. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.M. to 3:30 p.M., with occasional Saturdays as needed. Key Responsibilities:



Provide proactive customer management and resolve service issues Coordinate rental utilization without compromising lease customers Partner with Sales on customer calls and satisfaction Manage running costs and maintenance overheads Coordinate scheduling, breakdowns, vehicle updates, and technician planning Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required Advanced spreadsheet and word processing software skills Basic understanding of business finance, controls, and metrics Strong mechanical, communication, and interpersonal skills Customer service and issue resolution experience preferred Build Ryder operations expertise through customer management, cost control, maintenance coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in Etobicoke. #J-18808-Ljbffr
