Lead strategic pursuits and capture planning for WSP’s Property & Buildings business from any WSP office in Western Canada.
As Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning and proposal development for high-value opportunities. You will collaborate with senior leaders, technical teams, business development professionals, and external partners. Your work supports sustainable growth across WSP’s markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic pursuits
Develop capture plans for major prospects
Analyze markets and competitive intelligence
Lead compliant, timely proposal development
Maintain prospect records in Oracle and business systems
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
Eight or more years in pursuit, capture, or proposal management
Experience developing winning pursuit strategies
Understanding of procurement and Alternative Delivery Projects
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Bring pursuit leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional influence to WSP’s Property & Buildings growth strategy.
