Grindstone Theatre seeks instructors for kids’ classes serving students ages 5-12. Instructors teach Improv, Drama Discovery, or Musical Theatre while managing classrooms and students. The work includes developing syllabi, supporting consent practices, and creating final productions for The Grindstone Theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and follow curriculum for eight classes
- Manage students and maintain organized studio spaces
- Lead consent check-ins throughout each class
- Create a fifteen-to-sixty-minute final production
- Record attendance and report issues promptly

Requirements:

- One to two years instructing students seventeen and under
- One to two years’ experience in theatre settings
- Experience with large groups and wide-ranging abilities
- Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Criminal record and vulnerable sector checks required
