The Asset Protection Partner works with store Leadership to reduce shortage and protect merchandise. Responsibilities include theft deterrence, apprehensions, incident reporting, audits, and employee training. The role also supports inventory preparation, safety inspections, and shrinkage prevention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales floor and CCTV surveillance
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Support apprehensions, evidence preservation, and investigations
- Deliver loss prevention awareness training
- Complete audits, inspections, and inventory preparation
Requirements:
- One year of retail asset protection experience
- Maintain required provincial or local licensing
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
