Altis Recruitment is partnering with a healthcare-focused non-profit organization seeking a Senior Officer, Philanthropy. Reporting to the Manager, Individual Philanthropy, you will manage major donors and prospects independently. Your work will support pediatric healthcare, research, community initiatives, and a significant capital campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and cultivate major gift prospects
- Manage donor relationships through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Develop fundraising strategies and prepare donor proposals
- Maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge
- Collaborate with leaders, volunteers, and skilled advisors
Requirements:
- Major gift fundraising experience securing $50,000 to $1M+ donations
- Portfolio management and donor stewardship experience
- Relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and writing skills
- Proficiency with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM platforms
- Strong English; French bilingualism highly preferred
