As a Sales Associate in Print and Services, you will support print and customer service areas. You will use the store selling model, learn products and services, and collaborate with store leaders. Your work will help achieve sales and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers with tailored products and services
- Handle POS, shipping, and marketing transactions
- Fulfill print order intake and pickup steps
- Perform in-store print production and stock supplies
- Maintain merchandising, signage, inventory, and print standards
Requirements:
- Three months to one year retail experience preferred
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
