Toromont Cat seeks a detail-oriented, people-focused coordinator for its Human Resources team. You will partner with Talent Acquisition through full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes. The work includes ATS activity, UKG Recruiting documents, stakeholder communication, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate job postings, candidate setup, offers, and onboarding
Collect and validate pre-boarding documents in UKG Recruiting
Partner with hiring managers on current-hire transitions
Respond to stakeholder enquiries and direct questions appropriately




Support employee engagement initiatives and related projects

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences
Bilingual French and English proficiency
Up to three years of Human Resources experience
ATS and recruiting-process experience; UKG Recruiting is an asset
Robust organization, communication, detail, and proactive customer focus
