Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead supports store success through positive shopping experiences and lasting customer relationships. This position combines day-to-day operations with shipment processing, replenishment, eCom fulfillment, inventory optimization, sales, and brand presentation. You will help maintain customer satisfaction and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
Support day-to-day store operations and sales performance
Optimize inventory management through shipment processing




Replenish the sales floor and fulfill eCom orders

Requirements:
High school diploma
One year of team lead experience preferred
Two years of retail experience considered an asset
Passion for fashion and customer-oriented service
Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
