Lead secure, on-time food production at Wonderbrands as a Production Supervisor on a three-day, 12-hour night shift.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership across one or more production lines. The position focuses on schedules, quality, safety, environmental standards, and team development. You will also use SAP to record production information.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead production teams across one or more lines
Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide leadership feedback
Coordinate department schedules, products, and labor
Resolve production issues and support daily performance indicators
Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular inspections

Requirements:
University or college degree in a related field
Proven leadership ability inspiring teams toward established deadlines
Accuracy and attention to detail identifying quality problems
Excellent relational, organizational, and communication skills
Flexibility for days, afternoons, nights, and weekends
