Deliver friendly customer service at Michaels CAL-NORTHEAST, AB while helping shoppers, handling checkout, and supporting store merchandise standards. This team member role combines customer assistance with retail operations throughout the store.

You will help customers locate products, provide solutions, and create a quick, friendly checkout experience. Daily work includes cash handling, Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, Voice of Customer survey education, and Omni channel support. You will also assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, merchandise recovery, and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
Support BOPIS, SFS, stocking, and planogram processes
Maintain merchandise recovery and store standards

Requirements:
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand and move throughout the store
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
Must be at least sixteen years old
