The Level II Technician leads complex projects for commercial security systems. Responsibilities include commissioning, troubleshooting, inspections, quality assurance, customer training, and mentoring. The position supports intrusion alarms, access control, surveillance, structured cabling, fiber optics, networking, and integrated technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and resolve advanced escalations
Commission intrusion, access control, and surveillance systems
Perform fiber troubleshooting, certification, commissioning, and OTDR testing




Review workmanship and identify installation deficiencies
Mentor junior technicians and support customer training

Requirements:
Minimum five-plus years of industry experience
Commercial security systems and advanced troubleshooting experience
Access control, surveillance, structured cabling, and fiber experience
Working at Heights, WHMIS, and aerial lift certifications
Valid Ontario Driver's License
