As an Actuarial Employee Advantages Associate, you will support Marsh’s People & Investments business. You will deliver timely analysis for medical, dental, life, and disability programs. The work includes valuations, renewals, experience monitoring, and complex client analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead post-retirement and post-employment benefit valuations
Validate data, set assumptions, and prepare reports
Analyze quarterly experience monitoring reports and trends
Lead group benefit renewals and marketings
Review work and provide feedback to junior colleagues

Requirements:
Degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related field
Three to four years of related experience
Employee benefits consulting or actuarial valuation experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
