Drive strategic sourcing for CoolIT’s Direct Liquid Cooling solutions in a hybrid environment, using supplier management and data analysis skills.

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will collaborate with the Category Manager on sourcing strategies shaped by business needs, market trends, and supply prospects. Your work will support supplier performance, agreements, reporting, cost savings, and Recent Product Introduction requirements. You will also analyze procurement data and coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and refine category sourcing strategies with the Category Manager
Manage supplier performance, scorecards, assessments, and cost recovery
Create, negotiate, manage, and renew supplier agreements




Maintain NetSuite supplier information and procurement reports
Source materials, components, assemblies, and services for introductions

Requirements:
Three to four years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
Experience with sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract management
Ability to analyze data and support cost-saving strategies
Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable procurement systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
