As a Financial Analyst on AltaGas’s Midstream Finance team, you will support trucking operations through accounting, reporting, and operational analysis. The work includes month-end reporting, capital and operational data, account reconciliations, and cleaner reporting tools. You will also help improve workflows and support cost tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and enter accounting entries
Analyze operational earnings and deliver financial reporting
Prepare variance reports and account reconciliations
Review invoices and manage accounts receivable
Partner with operations managers on improvements and cost tracking
Requirements:
Two to five years of accounting or finance experience
Oil and Gas experience preferred
Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
