About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Montreal hospital, which is part of an international pediatric healthcare network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and performance of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care, and overseeing all aspects of hospital operations, including financial management, human resources, research, and education. This role requires a leader with a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least ten years of senior leadership experience in a healthcare setting,



with a strong preference for those with experience in the Quebec healthcare system. The Executive Director will be expected to build and maintain partnerships, support the hospital's research and teaching missions, and represent the hospital with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a up-to-date, collaborative leader with a strong executive presence, capable of building trust and fostering alignment. They should have a proven track record of leading organizational change and be comfortable in a complex, matrixed environment.
