Reporting to the Food Store Manager, this manager oversees the Grocery Department while building relationships with Members and Guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Build Member and Guest relationships while monitoring satisfaction
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management
- Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, merchandising, and safety
- Oversee product production, packaging, presentation, and food preparation
- Manage sales, margins, labour costs, expenses, and contribution

Requirements:

- Exceptional Guest service skills
- Previous Guest Service or leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
