Coordinate medical supplies for Diagnostic Imaging at Calgary’s Peter Lougheed Centre, using procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor communication skills. Work independently supporting patient care.

This Supply Coordinator position supports the PLC Diagnostic Imaging team within an acute care hospital. You will manage direct purchases, consignment inventories, medical surgical supplies, equipment, and loaner devices. The work supports timely procedures across Diagnostic Imaging areas. Customer service, documentation, repairs, and transaction tracking are central responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate orders for direct purchases and medical surgical supplies
- Maintain consignment inventories and monitor inventory levels
- Track supplies, equipment, transactions, repairs,



and loaner devices
- Coordinate vendor deliveries for time-sensitive patient procedures
- Complete inventory counts, records, and required documentation

Requirements:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience with health care procurement processes
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Valuable organization, judgment, initiative, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while cooperating with teams
