The Hourly Sales Assistant supports the Sales Consultant by capturing potential client interest and lot holds. You will address customer files, concerns, and questions daily through possession. The work requires knowledge of policies, approval requirements, construction processes, schedules, and sales methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Consultant with potential clients and lot holds
- Address customer files, concerns, and questions through possession
- Keep the showhome clean, organized, and action item free
- Update showhome documents and maintain supporting policy knowledge
- Walk inventory homes weekly and identify safety or finish issues

Requirements:

- Solid Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel
- Strong time management, organization, and planning skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Understanding of buyer behavior and approaching the sale
