You will combine user research, service design, interaction design, and evidence-based iteration for complex digital products. The position supports employees and partners using AI-enabled mortgage workflows with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interviews, observation, surveys, and usability testing with workflow users
- Map journeys, service blueprints, handoffs, pain points, and exception paths
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interaction specifications
- Design understandable AI outputs, review paths, overrides, and error recovery




- Measure usability, adoption, comprehension, trust, and satisfaction outcomes

Requirements:

- Five-plus years delivering complex digital products through production
- Portfolio showing research, workflow design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Advanced Figma or comparable design and prototyping proficiency
- Knowledge of information architecture, design systems, and engineering documentation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related discipline
