As Director of Tendering, you will guide bids for ship repair, vessel life extension, and recent build projects. The position connects Estimating, Engineering, Procurement, Business Development, Project Controls, Operations, Legal, and Finance. Your leadership will support contract administration, cost capture, invoicing, risk management, and commercial close-out across project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities: Lead competitive, compliant tenders for major marine projects
Develop pricing strategies, risk profiles, and commercial terms
