Key Responsibilities: Supervise monitoring teams and maintain continuous operational coverage
Perform live CCTV monitoring and incident response tracking
Lead onboarding, sit-in training, and ongoing coaching
Update standard operating procedures, workflows, and training materials




Identify quality trends and escalate reports to management
Requirements: Valid British Columbia Security Worker or Alarm Monitoring License
At least one year of supervisory or team lead experience
Security, CCTV monitoring, operations, or related environment experience
Robust computer skills and video monitoring software aptitude
