Operate Eaton’s powder coating system in Airdrie, Alberta, painting manufactured parts through manual and automated production processes. Monday through Thursday hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
As a Paint Line Operator with Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division, you will report to the Production Manager at the Airdrie facility. The work includes DMM order tracking, chemical handling, equipment operation, finished-product inspection, and quality maintenance activities. Eaton produces electrical products for national and global markets.
Key Responsibilities: Mark production orders started or completed on DMM
Hang, paint, and offload required production parts
Perform chemical testing, tank cleaning, and chemical handling
Operate the burn off oven system




Inspect finished products and production equipment
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
At least one year of manufacturing experience
Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds with assistance
Ability to stand, reach, multitask, and work safely
Bring manufacturing experience, powder coating capability, equipment awareness, and quality judgment to Eaton’s Airdrie production facility.
