Position: Retail Security Officer Location: Lakeside Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Your Time at Work As a Retail Security Officer you will ensure the safety of Primark's staff, their premises, assets and the general public, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile.
We pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure environment. You will conduct yourself in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the company, ensuring full uniform is worn and your 'SIA licence' is clearly displayed at all times.
Greeting staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the store
Conducting searches when required
Dealing with any security incidents in store and completing relevant incident report forms
To provide a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the store, its staff and customers
Carry out Company Policy on any loss prevention
To observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems
To ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified
To understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures
