Operate industrial dishwashers and maintain kitchen cleanliness at our “1” Michelin Key hotel, recognized two consecutive years. Work onsite in a hot, busy environment.
As a Dishwasher, you will help keep the kitchen running smoothly through careful cleaning, sanitation, and organized routine. This hospitality role includes operating machinery, washing cookware by hand, and following Fairmont standards. You will also support recycling, trash removal, safety reporting, and required work areas.
Key Responsibilities: Operate industrial dishwashers safely during kitchen operations
Wash items by hand when needed
Clean cookware and sanitize designated surfaces thoroughly
Keep floors dry and store cleaned items properly
Manage recycling, trash removal, and safety reporting
Requirements: Previous experience is an asset
WHMIS certification
Ability to operate industrial machinery
Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bring attention to detail, organization, and secure machinery operation to support consistent kitchen service at Fairmont.
