Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals
Train, coach, and motivate department associates
Manage merchandise stocking, displays, pricing, and replenishment
Maintain safety, expenses, standards, and departmental communication
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
Solid leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and ability to lift 50 pounds
