Apply finish grading expertise to CNRL Horizon projects as an Equipment Operator with OCL Group Inc. Camp and flights are provided.
This role suits experienced operators who achieve precise tolerances across heavy civil earthworks. You may operate excavators, dozers, rock trucks, or packers. The work requires reading construction drawings, following grade stakes and supervisor instructions, and using GPS systems when available.
Key Responsibilities: Perform finish grading and earthmoving to project specifications
Operate excavators, dozers, rock trucks, or packers
Read site plans, construction drawings, and grade stakes
Conduct inspections and complete basic equipment maintenance
Assist with labour or other equipment operation when required
Requirements: At least three years of heavy equipment operation experience
Proven finish grade operation with exact tolerance achievement
Strong excavation, grading, compaction, and earthmoving knowledge
GPS systems experience is an asset
CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid, H2S Alive, and Ground Disturbance 201 certifications
Use finish grading, construction drawing, and heavy equipment skills to support safe, accurate CNRL Horizon civil work.
