Job Title: Medical Office Assistant

Schedule: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 4pm

Location: London, ON

We're currently looking for a full time Medical Office Assistant for our client, a Pain Management Clinic, located in London, Ontario.

Scope and Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, and ensure a welcoming environment

Schedule and confirm patient appointments and process cancellations

Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)

Provide good customer service while answering phone and in-person inquiries

Assist with the overall maintenance of the office as needed

Who We Are Looking For

Diploma or Certificate in Medical Office Administration

Proficiency in EMR systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prior MOA experience in a similar setting is an asset
