Key Responsibilities: Remove grease, dirt, rust, and paint using abrasives
Pour paint into guns and adjust nozzles
Sand between coats to improve adhesion
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble painting equipment
Label, store, and dispose of paint waste
Requirements: Ability to adapt to changing work demands
Knowledge of coatings and their properties
