This Mobile Security Supervisor position supports guards, clients, and operational needs throughout multiple client locations. You will investigate incidents, complete accurate documentation, assist with staffing challenges, and provide operational updates. The schedule rotates between 0800-2000 and 2000-0800, including holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary after-hours contact for clients and security staff
Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and assistance requests
Investigate hazards, incidents, and customer concerns thoroughly
Complete professional reports and documentation accurately




Assist staffing shortages, scheduling challenges, and emergency deployments
Requirements: Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Minimum two years of security experience
Flexibility for rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Use sound judgment, documentation skills, and client communication to support GardaWorld security operations across Peterborough-area sites.
