As a Selector II, you will manage more complex orders while demonstrating efficient, accurate product selection. Duties include gathering products from warehouse shelves, confirming product details, staging orders, and supporting inventory adjustments. You will also collaborate with warehouse personnel and may train current selectors.
Key Responsibilities: Gather products from shelves according to customer orders
Confirm product quantities, quality, and codes
Optimize staging space for delivery truck loading
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas

Requirements: Proven ability to select orders with minimal errors
Proficiency with electric pallet jacks and order pickers
Ability to operate voice-directed picking systems
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Two or more years of experience; high school diploma or GED
