Apply construction billing and collections expertise as Arctic Arrow’s Accounts Receivable Clerk, working in office with project-based financial records. Support accurate invoicing.
Reporting to the Controller, you will process receivables for powerline transmission, distribution, and underground cable work. The position coordinates billing information with Project Managers, Operations, and Payroll, while managing customer inquiries and collection follow-up. Experience with progress, fixed-price, time-and-material, unit-price, or holdback billing supports this work.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure applicable job costs are included in customer billings
Track and release holdbacks under contract and lien timelines
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries professionally




Escalate delinquent accounts and recommend collection actions
Maintain billing records, contracts, and correspondence
Requirements: Three-plus years in construction, utility, or project-based companies
Experience with progress and percentage-of-completion billing
Knowledge of Open Invoice, Cortex, Ariba, Taulia, or Fieldglass
Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
Independent work and collaboration across company staff levels
Use construction billing, holdback tracking, and customer service skills to support Arctic Arrow’s receivables and collections processes.
