Lead winter attractions operations at Blue Mountain Resort, supporting training, safety, service standards, and daily guest experiences outdoors. Evening and weekend shifts are required.
As Supervisor, Mountain Adventures, you will support Woodview Skating, Big Dipper Tubing, and Canopy Climb operations. You will work with the Assistant Manager on training content, standard operating procedures, and employee support. The position includes coaching, service recovery, payroll accuracy, and operational assessments.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations across winter mountain attractions
Prepare, execute, and document comprehensive training plans
Coach staff and recognize solid performance
Coordinate scheduling, uniforms, rewards, and performance reviews
Document accident and incident procedures
Requirements: Two years of leadership experience
Two or more years in winter attractions or recreation
Experience with Mountain Adventures teams
Knowledge of labour cost control and efficiencies
Ability to work outdoors in all weather
Bring leadership, coaching, safety, and service recovery experience to Blue Mountain’s winter attractions operations team.
