Job Description Are you a dedicated pet lover with a passion for customer service and management experience? Paulmac's Pets is currently seeking a Store Manager to join our team and help provide the very best care and support to our valued customers and their pets.
Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of management experience is required.
Passion for Animals: We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about animals and is committed to their well-being.
Customer Service: A strong passion for helping customers and ensuring they receive the best advice and assistance in caring for their pets.
Team Collaboration: The candidate should be able to work closely with the owner and a small staff in a collaborative and supportive manner.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, between 9 am and 9 pm.
Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the store,



including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
Work with Groomers to grow business
Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on pet care, products, and services.
Oversee the care and maintenance of live animals and fish in the store.
Collaborate with the owner to achieve business goals and targets.
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store for both customers and staff.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for pets and customers.
