What You'll Do
Lead residential renovation projects
Perform framing and finish carpentry
Read and work from construction drawings
Coordinate crews and subcontractors
Mentor apprentices and junior carpenters
Maintain quality, safety,
and job-site organization
Solve in office issues and keep projects moving
Communicate professionally with clients and the PHS team
What You Need
Red Seal Carpenter certification
5+ years of residential construction experience
Solid framing, finishing, and renovation skills
Ability to lead projects and work independently
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Personal hand tools
Larger tools and equipment are provided by the company.
