As Demand Generation Manager, you will lead paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients at an AI-first digital agency. You will make targeting, budget, roadmap, and narrative decisions. The work remains focused on paid media, while SEO has a separate strategist.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads
Allocate budgets, manage bids, target audiences, and test creative
Track conversions through GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels
Build ninety-day and quarterly client roadmaps
Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account relationships

Requirements:
Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
Campaign-building, management, and optimization experience
Proven movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Transparent spoken English for live calls with US clients
