This junior lawyer role supports TekSavvy’s Legal, Regulatory & Public Policy team under senior direction. You will work with operations, business-services, and marketing teams while handling commercial agreements, privacy questions, and other legal matters. The position offers autonomy, mentorship, and regular senior-management exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements
Advise internal teams on commercial and privacy matters
Manage assigned matters with appropriate autonomy
Support complex files under senior counsel supervision
Assist with additional legal matters

Requirements:
LL.B. or J.D. qualification
Law Society of Ontario membership in valuable standing
Two to three years of commercial legal experience
Contract-drafting experience
Excellent English communication, organization, and attention to detail
