Prepare therapeutic meals and serve residents or patients as a Dietary Aide in an assisted living or medical facility. Apply protected food handling practices daily.

This Dietary Aide position supports food service through basic preparation, meal service, dining-space sanitation, and restocking. You will follow portion standards, therapeutic diets, HACCP guidelines, and WHIMIS and MSDS requirements. The work also includes cleaning schedules and delegated catering support.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food according to instructions and therapeutic diet requirements
Serve meals while following portion standards
Set, transparent, clean, and sanitize dining spaces
Monitor and restock service areas
Support delegated special function catering

Requirements:
Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
Previous dietary aide, hospitality, or customer service experience
Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
Robust time-management and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
