The Director of Student Wellness provides leadership, direction, and vision for NETES student support services. You will guide the Student Support Liaison team, oversee daily work, and ensure practice guidelines are followed. The position develops a wellness model tailored to student needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Student Support Liaison daily tasks
Oversee student orientation and wellness workshop development
Provide student crisis intervention and management
Manage wellness planning and program development
Lead ongoing qualified growth for the SSL team

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in social work or equivalent education and experience
Experience managing and supervising staff
Knowledge of Winnipeg’s Indigenous community
Solid communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
