The Regional Business Manager supports JCB products across Quebec, Current Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland, and Toronto. This position works with dealers and end users to strengthen sales plans, product knowledge, inventory, and market development. Success depends on sales or marketing experience, analytical problem-solving, and independent execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Train and assist dealer sales staff on JCB products
Communicate promotional programs and product marketing initiatives
Support dealer transactions and coordinate customer assistance




Maintain product inventory and displays at dealer premises
Identify markets and applications for primary JCB products

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Two or more years’ related sales or marketing experience
Business or marketing degree preferred
French and English bilingual ability preferred
Microsoft Office product knowledge, including Word and Excel

Use dealer relationships, product knowledge, and regional sales strategy to grow JCB business across the assigned Canadian territory.
