Help WorkBC clients achieve employment goals through case management, coaching, and employer engagement in Kelowna, British Columbia. Travel between centres supports coverage.
This Employment Consultant position focuses on inspiring clients toward sustainable employment, independence, and self-sufficiency. You will manage approximately 80–100 cases, maintain accurate ICM records, and connect clients with training and interventions. Strong partnerships support successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop individual action plans with clients
Motivate clients through employment-specific training opportunities
Record client progress, referrals, and intervention results
Maintain internal and external partner relationships
Maintain the Centre job board proactively
Requirements: Experience coaching and mentoring clients
Experience supporting inclusion groups and complex barriers
Knowledge of job search and career development tools
Understanding of unemployment-related issues
Confidentiality and professional code adherence
Apply case management, coaching, and partnership-building expertise to support WorkBC clients’ employment progress across Kelowna centres.
