The Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will execute replenishment, organize stock, maintain inventory accuracy, and support store cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The role also includes coaching associates and leaders while modeling company policies and values.
Key Responsibilities: Execute shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
Maintain back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
Support cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Identify and escalate operational issues
Coach associates and leaders through daily execution
Requirements: Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand
Solid attention to detail and execution
Ability to coach in real time
One to two years of retail experience preferred
Flexible availability for nights and weekends
