Drive fundraising coordination at Citadel Theatre in Edmonton through donor stewardship, relationship building, and event execution. Support the theatre’s fundraising goals within a collaborative team.
Reporting to the Director and Manager of Fund Development, this coordinator supports Citadel Theatre’s fundraising work. The role combines database management, reporting, proposals, donor relationships, sponsorship stewardship, and event planning. It also contributes to prospect development and community networking.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with meeting or exceeding budgeted Fund Development goals
Manage databases, reports, agreements, and proposals
Steward donors, patrons, and sponsors professionally
Plan, manage, and execute fundraising events




Represent Citadel Theatre at networking and community events
Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems
Solid networking, social, and communication skills
Outstanding customer service and stewardship capabilities
Post-secondary degree or diploma considered an asset
Bring relationship building, donor stewardship, and fundraising event coordination skills to Citadel Theatre’s Edmonton development team.
