Serve PepsiCo Beverages Canada customers through ordering, merchandising, and relationship building. This route-based position supports mid-format key customers with minimal supervision.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will execute customer merchandising agreements and deliver service to assigned accounts. You will order PepsiCo products, maintain displays, rotate freshness, and move products from storage to sales floors. The work also includes building goodwill with store decision makers.
Key Responsibilities: Complete ordering, sales, and merchandising activities within assigned routes
Merchandise shelving, racks, and displays with PepsiCo products
Utilize point-of-sale materials across assigned customer accounts




Build relationships with key store decision makers
Maintain customer goodwill through excellent account service
Requirements: Post-secondary education preferred
Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable vehicle
Merchandising or retail customer service experience helpful
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to lift over 50 pounds and use pallet jacks
Apply customer service, route execution, and PepsiCo merchandising skills across mid-format Canadian retail accounts.
