IMAX seeks a Business Analyst reporting to the Senior Director, PPO. You will translate complex needs into structured requirements, improve processes, and support solution design and delivery. The work spans Finance, Theatre Operations, Technical Services, Global Services/Inventory, Film Distribution, Data & Analytics, HR, and Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders
Translate business problems into functional and technical requirements
Document current-state and future-state business processes
Define integrations,



data mappings, triggers, and business rules
Assess impacts of proposed system and process changes
Requirements: Robust facilitation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to align business and technical stakeholders
Experience structuring ambiguous or evolving requirements
Ability to define data, reporting, security, and integration needs
Ability to navigate competing priorities across functions
