This Administrative Support V position supports Unit 81 Orthopedics, Unit 82 Urology, the Cast Clinic, and the Hand Clinic. You will manage complex scheduling procedures, capture accurate pay information, and help employees and managers interpret staffing data. Success requires critical thinking, decision-making, conflict resolution, adaptability, and strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily scheduling tasks for employees and managers
Maintain accurate employee schedules under collective agreements
Capture pay data according to established procedures
Support Rotation Management, RMS,



and WFM activities
Promote acceptance, tolerance, and a team-oriented team attitude
Requirements: Completion of post-secondary office or business administration education
Recent WFM experience within two years
Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of AUPE AUX, AUPE GSS, and UNA provisions
Adaptability with organization and prioritization skills
Bring healthcare scheduling expertise, detailed reporting, and sound decision-making to AHS units supporting patient care at Rockyview General Hospital.
