As a Keyholder at Store 2451 in Stroud, you will assist with all store operations and represent Pet Valu locally. You will recommend products and services for pets, support sales, and help maintain efficient store standards. The role includes opening and closing responsibilities while following company procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Serve customers and complete sales using the POS system
Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and required paperwork
Stock pet supplies and household items in sales areas
Unload deliveries and stock items weighing up to 50 pounds
Open and close the store according to procedures
Requirements: At least two years of retail or customer service experience
Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality
Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and possible driver’s license
Use retail operations, POS, and pet product knowledge to support customers and store execution at Pet Valu.
